(“Touched, inspired, affirmed, delighted”)
In September and October 2022 we asked you about your personal experience on several aspects of the Congress week. The survey consisted of 21 questions – mostly multiple choice.
We received anonymized feedback from 70 participants in total. Thank you to all that have contributed to the Congress Survey! Thank you especially for the overwhelmingly positive feedback!
Thank you also for the occasional constructive criticism – we will take those comments to heart and forward them to the next Congress Directors!
See you in Dublin in 2025!

“It was my first and I cannot wait for the next one in Dublin! The organisation of this congress was fantastic!”
“Young, happy, open, creative, warm spirit.”
“It was great, thank you very much. Great teachers and workshops. But I wish I had a chance to visit more workshops/how-to/continuos learning. Maybee next time they could be NOT at the same time? There was a lot of free time in the afternoon and evening…”
“The work exchange room was not large enough. I think air-conditioning is an important consideration for the next Congress, given how stuffy and hot all the rooms were and how it tired participants. The heat and technology were the two major draw-backs of the Congress.”
“Friendly, inspiring, so much choice sometimes overwhelming”
“I loved it. It was such and energising and inspiring week. Very ‘buzzy’ in a great way.”
“I found the programm too full and the rooms a bit too far away from each other. A promising (on the website) coctail bar with only 2 people working for 500 people was very unsatisfying. It was nice that food options like mensa and food truck were nearby but the food quality was not good and the cafeterias were too far away to have a snack or coffee in between. I liked the atmosphere in the halls and the open-minded friendly people and the good helping team. And the organisation team did a great job especially because of the delay to organize the congress two times.”
“1. I was very happy to connect with colleagues like that again, that was fantastic, thank you for organising despite the particularly challenging circumstances. 2. Attending a congress is very expensive. 3. Some of the rooms were a bit challenging…”
“My experience of the Congress was extremely positive. I was provoked and inspired in equal measure, and got a huge amount of energy from the week. Logistically everything that I participated in worked smoothly and easily. The heaviness of the venue was the only low point for me, but in the end this didn’t detract from making my overall experience rich and motivating and satisfying. I’m deeply grateful for all the unbelievable work that went in, especially by the directors and the volunteers. But of course all the presenters and participants. Can’t wait for the next one.”
“You did a great job! It was so convenient to be there in this wonderfull atmosphere. You really created a nurturing space. Thank you so much!”
