Daily Evening Meditation
Take some time to stop during your Congress experience. With so much stimulation available, these daily meditations are an opportunity to pause, reflect, focus and reorient oneself through stillness and quiet. Some simple guidance will take you through a process of stopping, observing the body and gently resting the mind on the breath. The sessions can be done sitting or lying down, and are suitable for beginners through to experienced meditators.
About David Young
David Young is an Alexander Technique teacher, performance and meditation coach from Australia, now based just outside of Berlin. In his work David also draws on experience as a composer, artistic director, gymnastics coach, social entrepreneur and mental health worker. He trained with Jörg Aßhoff at the Alexander-Technik-Schule Berlin.
